Remote Learning September

Good afternoon Parents/guardians,

Today we were informed by the Stephenson County Health Department that we have a COVID-19 positive elementary case and a positive high school case.  On the advice of the Health Department, all grade PreK-12th grade students will be going to remote learning for the next two weeks from September 24 - October 7. All after school activities are also currently postponed. All students should access their school email and Google Classroom to maintain communication with their teachers.

In addition, the Stephenson County Health Department will be doing their own investigation. You may receive a call that your son or daughter has been identified as a close contact to a positive case, and will be required to complete a 14 day quarantine.

Thank you for your patience and support during this unprecedented time. Our top priority is the safety and education of our students, staff, and community. If you have any questions, please email me at ddeschepper@orangevillecusd.com.
