It is the time of year again for the annual 5Essentials Survey. This survey is for students in grades 4-12, as well as staff. It is also for parents, and we ask that parents please participate in the survey by March 13, 2026.
Parents may go to https://survey.5-essentials.org/illinois/survey/parent/login/ to complete the survey. We are looking for as many parents as possible to complete the survey. Your voice is important and we want to hear from you. Thank you in advance for your help! In order to receive any parent survey results, at least 20% of parents at your child’s school (elementary, middle and high school) must participate in the survey. If you have multiple children in each school (elementary, middle and high school) you will need to complete the survey for each child in a different school. Even though we are one building we are considered three schools in the eyes of the Illinois State Board of Education.
The parent link can also be found on our website underneath Parent & Student Resources. The survey results are completely anonymous.
