Important Info

We are nearing the end of July and that means it will be getting busy around here! Next week is especially crazy because we have a number of 'events' happening.

First is registration. If you have not completed the online registration, it is very important to do so asap so that we can begin our preparations for the school year (such as setting bus routes). I will be sending reminder calls tomorrow evening to those who have not yet completed registration. Next Tuesday, July 27, and Wednesday, July 28, from noon - 7:00 pm, we will be set up in the LMC (library) for people to pay fees, turn in forms (such as birth certificates, proof of residency, or any other signed hard-copy forms), or ask questions. Mr. Moore will also be there if you need to speak with him about 6-12 schedules. Finally, if you are unable to complete online registration at home you will be able to use a computer in the LMC to do so. Appointments are not needed, and you should enter the east (rear) doors by the ramp.

Second, volleyball and football camps will be happening next week. While students don't need to have their sports physicals completed by the time camp starts, they WILL need to have them before they can start practice. A great opportunity to do this is next Tuesday, July 27th, from 3:00 - 5:00 pm at the school. Cost is $20 and gets donated back to the athletic dept. More information can be found by following the link: https://www.fhn.org/sports-physicals-area.asp
(Note: All JH and HS athletes need sports physicals, but 6th & 9th graders need a full school physical, which will fill the requirement.)

Finally, the Health Dept. has requested we host a vaccination clinic for anyone ages 12 and above to be able to get their Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine if they wish to do so. This will take place next Tuesday, July 27, noon-6:00 pm in the LMC. The first dose will be given at that time, and the second dose is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 17, noon-6:00 pm in the LMC as well. You will enter the east doors by the ramp. If you wish to set up your appointment ahead of time, please follow the link: http://prism.org/orangevillecusd For more information, see the flyer in English or Spanish.

If you have questions about any of the above, or if you have a brand-new student to enroll, please contact Rachel at rheck@orangevillecusd.com or Tonya at tdoyle@orangevillecusd.com.
