Attention Important Information

This is an abbreviated version of the information all parents and staff should have received this afternoon via phone and email:

Orangeville School District will be implementing a temporary shutdown, or an "adaptive pause," beginning tomorrow, December 14, through December 17.  At this time, all students will be going to remote instruction.

Because the adaptive pause is due to district-wide staffing challenges and the uptick in elementary school cases, all high school extracurricular activities will continue as planned unless our data eventually shows otherwise.  (Keep an eye on the website & social media for any changes in athletic events.)

The high school office will be open from 8:00 - 4:00 during this time if you have questions. Also, if your student will need to miss class due to appointment, illness, vacation, etc. please make sure to notify the office (just as usual).

We are having the Orangeville custodial staff provide a thorough cleaning of the facility during this closure. Again, all students will be going to remote instruction through Friday, December 17th.  Please have a safe and happy holiday season.  We hope to see you all back here on January 3rd.  Happy Holidays!!
