I8FA has released their All Division players and Orangeville's very own have made the list! A big congratulations to the HSFB on their honors. Go Broncos!

Sharing for our friends the Orangeville Lions Club: Next Saturday, Nov. 18th, is the Home for the Holidays Craft and Vendor Show, from 9 am-2 pm. It is being held at the school, and entrance is at the HS main doors. Suggested $2 donation for admittance for those over age 12.


This is a reminder that tomorrow, 11/7/23, is another 1:15 early dismissal day for students. This is due to Orangeville School District holding the second and final night of parent-teacher conferences, which take place from 3:00 - 6:00 pm.


This Wednesday, Nov. 8th is National Signing Day. We would like to announce that our OHS senior Whitney Sullivan will be signing her letter of intent to play basketball for the University of Tulsa! We invite the public to attend this ceremony, beginning at 6 pm in the library, to witness and help celebrate this accomplishment.


This Thursday, November 9th, Orangeville School District will be having our Veterans Day Program, starting at 9 am. Please join us in thanking our local veterans. There will be donuts, coffee, and fellowship following the program. If you wish to add a name to the list of veterans to be recognized, please call Miss Tonya Doyle at the district office - 815-789-4450, or email tdoyle@orangevillecusd.com.


Don't forget to "fall back" one hour this evening before you go to bed. Daylight saving ends at 2 am, and you don't want to miss out on that extra hour tomorrow (even if you're just using it to sleep, lol)!

We would like to recognize our Orangeville High School 2023 Illinois State Scholar - senior Gavin Roth! The ISAC designates seniors as state scholars based upon their ACT/SAT score, unweighted class rank, and GPA. Congratulations Gavin!


Bronco Athletic Announcement:
JH Boys Basketball is looking for ticket taker tonight 10/30 and 11/6. Please email bkolar@orangevillecusd.com asap if you are able to fill this tonight or next week. Ticket taker is a paid position.
Also, reminder JH Football boys have uniform and equipment check-in today 10/30 @ 4pm. If you are unable to bring equipment back today, we will have a sheet in the HS office for players to sign with returned equipment all week.

This is a reminder that the OHS Servant Leadership group is still collecting donation items and/or money for the VA in Madison. Many area veterans use the Madison VA for medical care. Servant Leadership will be delivering the items on November 6, so if you have something to donate, please send it in by the end of this week. Thank you!


There is a change to the lunch menu this Monday & Tuesday. Monday, 10/30, will now be a sack lunch with: sandwich, baby carrots, string cheese, apple slices, chips, and krispy treat. Tuesday 10/31 will now have hamburger patty/bun, hash brown, baked beans, and mandarin oranges.
