The elementary held their first quarter awards ceremony this afternoon. Those who had perfect attendance, and those 3-5 grade who were on the A or B Honor Roll were recognized. Congratulations to all!

Yesterday was a little chilly, but it was a sunny & beautiful day for our first autumn FFA Day. It was fun and informational for all ages!




Due to unfortunate circumstances, the junior high boys basketball game at home against Dakota tonight has been cancelled. Any reschedule will be TBA at a later date.

Congratulations to the football team & coaches on the 48-14 win against Kirkland Hiawatha in the 1st round of the playoffs on Saturday. We get to host again this Saturday, this time against Martinsville. We will play at 1:00 pm.

October was National Principal's Month, and before it is over, we want to make sure to recognize our favorite principal (and our only principal, lol) Mr. Janecke! He works very hard and spends a lot of time to make our school a great place. Thank you Mr. Janecke!

What a week! We ended with an early dismissal, but a lot was packed into the day. GS kids trick-or-treated & HS kids were able to wear their costumes to school and participate in a costume contest. Fun was had by all! (Apologies to 5th grade, no photos were submitted to me.)

Fall is such a fun time of year! Today the Jr.-Sr. High students had a pumpkin decorating contest, and the winner was determined by a vote of the elementary school students. Check out our creativity!



Reminder that tomorrow, 10/29/21, is a SIP Day, with 11:00 dismissal for PK-12. PM preschool will have a remote/home learning day.


The Kdg. & 1st grades lucked out with a beautiful day to take their trip to the Janecke Pumpkin farm today. They have been learning all about pumpkins, and completed that unit with the trip today. Thank you to Tom & Sue Janecke for sharing your knowledge with us today!
