Tonight (2/21), OHS hosts the HS Girls' Basketball Regional Championship! The Orangeville vs. Rockford Lutheran game begins at 6 pm, with doors opening at 5:00 pm. Gate cost is $7.00 for all, no passes or discounts due to this being a Regional game. Come out and cheer them on!

The JH/HS incentive ski trip originally scheduled for tomorrow (2/19) is rescheduled to March 4th due to a forecast of extreme cold temps. Students who qualified must turn in permission slips and money by Feb. 26.

Due to some weather closings, the Girls Basketball Regional schedule has changed. Tonight, 2/18, the Rockford Lutheran and Dakota game has been moved up to 6 pm instead of the originally scheduled 7:30 pm. Orangeville and South Beloit will face off at 6 pm tomorrow, 2/19, instead of tonight. The championship game for the winners of these games remains on Friday, 2/21, at 6 pm. Please share with those who may have planned to attend these games.


Orangeville School District will have a two hour delay in starting school on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 due to the forecasted cold temperatures. There will be no half-day preschool tomorrow. Please stay safe!

Orangeville School District is closed today (2/17/25) in honor of the Presidents Day holiday. We hope you enjoy your extended weekend!


If we look outside, we might not be thinking much about spring right now... But at the end of January, Mrs. Schultz took all the agriculture students to the greenhouse to plant and prepare flowers and vegetables for the FFA greenhouse sale in May!


Reminder that tomorrow morning, Feb. 15, from 8 - 11 am, our FFA chapter will be hosting their annual breakfast and silent auction fundraiser! This will take place in the school cafeteria, and cost is $8 per ticket. Please come hungry and help support our agriculture students!


This is a reminder that Orangeville School District has a scheduled SIP Day tomorrow, Friday, February 14, 2025. This means our students will dismiss at 11:00 am. There is also no school Monday, Feb. 17, due to Presidents Day. Thank you.


Tomorrow night , 2/13, is girls' basketball senior night, and we are also hosting a couple of important fundraisers! Servant Leadership is having a bake sale to raise money for Hearts and Hands for Hunger, and Orangeville Post Prom will be drawing for the Hog Raffle! Join us!

Tomorrow’s (2/12/25) HS boys basketball senior night game at home against Pearl City has been canceled and rescheduled for this Saturday Feb. 15th. We will begin the JV game at 5:30, then honor our seniors immediately after. The varsity game will follow as usual. Join us!


Due to the forecast tomorrow, February 12, 2025, Orangeville School District has canceled school. The day will be made up at the end of the school year. All extracurricular activities will be decided upon by noon tomorrow. Please stay safe! -Superintendent Katzenberger


Thursday, March 6, will be our annual preschool screening at the elementary school. This will take approximately 30 mins. per child. If interested, please call Ms. Tonya Doyle at 815-789-4450 or email tdoyle@orangevillecusd.com and she can schedule an appointment.


Please note, due to sickness, tonight's (2/10/25) JH girls basketball contest at Lena-Winslow will still begin at 5:30, but will now start with the 8th grade game. This will be followed by two quarters of the 7th grade. Please share with those who may be planning to attend.


On January 16 we celebrated elementary student accomplishments at the Quarter 2 Awards ceremony. There were so many winners because so many are doing a great job! They were awarded for attendance, honor roll, RUFUS (Bronco Bucks), and the new award Rising Star. Congratulations!
