Today is Veterans Day, and we would like to say thank you to all who served! Remember, Orangeville Schools are hosting a celebration at 9:00 am in the high school gymnasium, and we welcome all who would like to attend as we honor local veterans.

Last night the OHS chapter of National Honor Society inducted new members Laney Holland, Makayla Mock, Gavin Roth, Adam Setterstrom, and Lauren Witte. Congratulations! During homecoming week, NHS sponsored penny wars to benefit the Green County Humane Society, and last night they also presented a check to GCHS board president Carrie Williams for the money raised. Great job!

Sharing on behalf of the PTO that the Charleston (Catalog) fundraiser items will be in this week! You can pick up orders this Friday, 11/11/22, in the elementary gym from 3:00 - 5:00 pm.


The area Servant Leadership groups are helping collect gift items this season for adults age 18-64 in need. Collection begins tomorrow, Nov. 9, and goes through Nov. 18th. Please see the flyer for the types of items being collected. All gifts will be distributed through FACC.

Monday was a busy day! In addition to all our usual happenings, Mrs. Biddick's 1st grade had Halloween theme STEM stations, and the Jr.-Sr. High held their annual pumpkin decorating contest. Please enjoy our photos as we head into the long weekend!



Next Friday, Nov. 11th, is Veterans Day, and we would like to invite area veterans to a celebration taking place in the HS gym from 9 - 10 am! If you would like your veteran honored, contact the school or email tdoyle@orangevillecusd.com to add their name to the list to be read.

While we don't have a lot of photos, today our Jr-Sr High students took their first quarter PBIS trip to the student Rockford IceHogs game vs. the Milwaukee Admirals. Though they lost, it was a fun game, and a couple of our kids were even interviewed by 13 WREX!


Seniors and Senior Parents - Reminder that the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) meeting is tonight, Wednesday, Nov. 2nd, 2022. CORRECTION - THE MEETING BEGINS AT 6:30 pm in room 234 (Mr. Pisciotti's room). Please plan to attend.

Tomorrow (11/3/22) Orangeville School District will again dismiss at 1:15 for K-12. The PM preschool will have a work at-home day. The final evening of Parent/Teacher Conferences will take place from 4-7 pm. Thank you.

Beginning November 7, the weight room will be open M/W/F 6:00-7:30am and
M-F 3:15-4:30. All students in 6-12 grades may participate in our strength training programs. Regular exercise and strength training brings positive benefits to our cognitive and emotional health, as well as, our physical health! We can't wait to see you there!

On Friday, Orangeville elementary had their annual trick-or-treat day, and it was a beautiful day to be outside. Thank you to all the people and organizations that made our day safe & fun by handing out treats!
