The FHN Center of Innovative Learning (COIL) is partnering with MedCerts, an online education partner that offers a highly immersive program for individuals to obtain training as a Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Tech. Is it really mid-April? You wouldn't know from the weather! Unfortunately, today's (4/18/22) scheduled JV softball game at Freeport has been cancelled due to snow & cold weather conditions.


On May 3rd at 2:30, the Alpha Delta Nu, Beta Delta Chapter of Nursing Students at Highland Community College will be coming to OHS to present on the Nursing and Allied Health programs at HCC. If your student is interested in the healthcare field, let Mr. Moore know.

Just a reminder that tomorrow, Friday, April 15, 2022, is an early dismissal day for Orangeville School District. K-12 grade will dismiss at 1:15 pm. The AM preschool will be in session, but there will be no PM preschool. Have a lovely weekend.

Congratulations to the elementary school students who earned attendance & honor roll awards for the third quarter! Superintendent Mr. Milburn presented the them with certificates last Friday, April 1st, during the awards ceremony. Great job!

Due to availability issues, we need to change part of the lunch menu tomorrow (4/7). Everyone will get corn, apple slices, and cookie. But the K-5 lunch main entree will be Pizza, and the 6-12 main entree will be grilled chicken breast on whole grain bun.


Congratulations to 2019 OHS alum Crystal Anderson! Crystal was named to the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Dean's List for the 2022 Winter Quarter. Undergraduate students who have earned at least 30 credits & have a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher are on the Dean's List. Crystal is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.


Due to poor field conditions, the softball and baseball games scheduled today (4/4/22) at home against Fulton have been cancelled. No word on a reschedule date yet.

The Post Prom Committee appreciates all of the support that has been received from local businesses, and also everyone who participated in our fundraising raffles! We met our goal and are able to provide our students a safe & fun activity for after this year's prom dance.
