Mr. Moore goes into the K-5 classrooms every other week to do different lessons with the kids. Over the course of the year, he focuses on the 3 areas of school counseling: career, academic, and social/emotional learning. On this day, he was reading The Juice Box Bully by Bob Sornson and Maria Dismondy. Next week, he will read another book about bullying since October is Anti-Bullying month. He will also do a Halloween safety story during October.

This past weekend, there were Milledgeville students involved in a bad car accident. Tomorrow night (10/13) we are holding some events to help raise money to help the families of the boys involved. At the volleyball game, we are having a bake sale, pulled pork sandwiches, a 50/50 raffle, and are raffling off two bronco signs! In addition, both Dakota and our Broncos are wearing Milledgeville Missiles school colors of black and orange to show our support.
Even if not attending the game, we invite all students and staff to wear black and orange to school tomorrow in support.

Another homecoming in the books! Thank you to Mrs. Scheuerell & Student Council for all their hard work planning & executing the events! Congrats to the homecoming court, Queen & King, Maddie Statdfield & Kyle Kloepping, and to the seniors, winners of the class homecoming trophy!
